Location: Templestowe (Hybrid role)
Reports to: Association President and Executive Committee
Employment: Full Time or Part Time (approx. 30 hours).
Preferred days of work during netball season: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Days of work are flexible during breaks and off season.
Season Dates: Autumn (17 Feb – 22 June 2024) & Spring (20 July – 16 Nov 2024)
Full training will be provided to the successful candidate.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide an exceptional experience for clubs, players, and stakeholders. Manage the day-to-day operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise competition procedures for safety and efficiency.
- Be the first point of contact for queries and correspondence.
- Administer Netball Connect (registrations, fixtures, etc.).
- Build relationships with sponsors, stakeholders, and service providers.
- Coordinate events, tournaments, and special activities.
- Lead activities for Saturday competitions and Representative programs.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Excellent people and organisational skills with strong attention to detail. Commitment to diversity and child safety.
- Proficient computer skills.
Other Requirements:
- Previous administrative/volunteer experience advantageous.
Working with Children Check (essential).
First Aid (preferred).
Desirable – a knowledge of, or interest in netball.
